This continuing session of Sun style Tai Chi is led by Alice Kuramoto, an instructor with over 30 years of Tai Chi experience. Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise based on relaxed movements, meditation, and breathing. Its health benefits include improving balance, posture, muscle strength, and flexibility. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. As the weather warms be prepared for class in our outdoor Pavilion. Great for participants who have been in earlier classes.
