Citizen Science: Bat Monitoring Training
Wednesday, June 17, 2020 | 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Free – $10Join Schlitz Audubon staff for a presentation about the bat species in Wisconsin. Find out why they are important to our environment and how you can help them out. You will learn how to do acoustic monitoring for the Center and are invited to join us for a one-hour monitoring session after the training.
Once you have participated in our training session, you are able to come to our other scheduled monitoring nights. Dates will be provided at the training session.
This program will take place entirely outdoors. We will practice social distancing when we are able to, but because of the nature of small-group programming, it will not always be possible. For the health and safety of all, participants must wear a mask when you are within six feet or less of others.
Please show your name/registration in a visible manner to the Welcome Booth staff member.
