Birding for Beginners

Learn the basic birding skills with Family Programs Manager Cassie Rincon. We’ll discover bird families and where to look for them, common characteristics and identifying features, and introduce field guides to help us before heading on the trails. We’ll then take a guided hike to apply your bird knowledge and put your binoculars to use. Binoculars will be provided for those who don’t have their own. 

This program will take place outdoors.
