Beginning Tree ID

This is a two-day workshop: Saturdays, July 23 and 30 

In this two-part workshop, learn the basics of tree ID, what to look for, and what distinguishes families from one another. We’ll discuss how trees interact with wildlife and each other, and discover which species provide the most for the habitat around them. Part of this course takes place on our trails, learning to identify a variety of trees at the Center. You’ll receive custom materials to continue practicing your skills. 

This program will take place indoors and outdoors. Please read our current mask policy before participation.
