Astronomy with Binocuars

Monday, August 30, 2021 | 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

$15 – $20
Adults, Wheelchair Accessible

Rain date September 1st.

In August’s evening sky, summer constellations begin to yield to their autumn counterparts. We’ll aim our binoculars at highlights in each, focusing on the queen and king Cassiopeia and Cepheus, Hercules, and the Summer Triangle. Telescopes will be out for views of Jupiter, Saturn, star clusters, and nebulae.

This program will take place entirely outdoors, in case of rain we will move the program to September 1st. We will practice social distancing when we are able to, but because of the nature of small-group programming, it will not always be possible. Participants must wear a mask when you are within six feet of others.

Members: $15  |  Non-Members: $20
