Monday, January 31, 2022 | 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
$15.00 – $20.00Have you ever wondered how the stars and constellations got their names? Discover their fascinating origins from Arabic, Greek, and Latin. Jim Hahn will help us decipher names from Arcturus to Zubenelgenubi, covering stories of heroism, corrupted language, and pranks along the way. If the sky is clear, we will have telescopes set up for views of Orion, the Pleiades, and the Beehive Cluster at the end of the program.
This program will take place indoors and outdoors (weather permitting). Please read our current mask policy before participation.
