Together we’ll explore our wintery snowscapes to learn which animals can be found here in the coldest months of the year, and how they survive this harsh climate. Then we’ll take our inspiration to our outdoor art gallery to create ephemeral sculptures to display. Using natural items and some special tools, we’ll form our favorite animals, scenes, or any other structures we can imagine, each on our own natural pedestal. These works of art will be enjoyed by our group and visitors alike, at least until nature decides it has other plans for our creations.
This program will take place entirely outdoors. We will practice social distancing when we are able to, but because of the nature of small-group programming, it will not always be possible. For the health and safety of all, participants must wear a mask when you are within six feet of others. Please do not attend if you are sick or believe you have been exposed to the virus.
