Animals in Winter

Join Naturalists Corinne Palmer and Joyce Michelstetter on Groundhog Day to learn about animals that hibernate, go dormant, or stay active in winter. Play games, meet a couple of our animal ambassadors, and examine animal artifacts. Then, join us on a short hike to look for signs of active animals!

This program is designed for children aged 5 and older. Adults can purchase a ticket and accompany their child(ren), or they can drop-off their child(ren) for this program. If dropping off, a completed student profile must be submitted for each child.

This program will take place indoors and outdoors. Please read our current mask policy before participation.

Members: $10 per person | Non-members: $15 per person
