This is a continuing class of Tai Chi, led by Alice Kuramoto, who has over 30 years of
experience with Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise based on slow, gentle movements,
meditation, and breathing. Its health benefits include improving balance, posture, muscle strength, and lowering blood pressure. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
