Sound Waves Winter Concert Series 2025

Sundays, January 5 – February 16
3:30pm – 4:30pm

Bring the whole family to hear Milwaukee musicians live on six Sunday afternoons this winter! Listen to pleasant music while enjoying beer, wine, and soda available for purchase. Performances take place in our Visitor Center from 3:30pm-4:30pm and are free with membership or admission.

JANUARY 5 | THE ALL-STAR SUPPER CLUB BAND

The All-Star Supper Club Band includes Jim Vailliencourt on guitar, Jeff Schneider on percussion, and Ben Vailliencourt on bass and saxophone. This trio plays instrumental classics from the 1950s to today, as well as original songs. Their laid-back, leisurely music is not only family friendly, but fun to dance to. JANUARY 12 | DUO SERENATA

Duo Serenata will take you on an international musical adventure with Irina Yanovskaya on classical guitar and Mischa Litvin on the mandolin. These classically trained musicians, inspired by world music including folk and classical music, will share their passion which is perfect for all ages. Learn more about Duo Serenata.

JANUARY 19 | SORRY, WE’RE OPEN

Sorry, We’re Open is an acoustic-based music group with influences from Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Tom Petty, and The Rolling Stones. Shayne Patrick is the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist, with Tom Koehn as backing vocalist and lead guitarist, and Brian Bauman on blues harmonica. JANUARY 26 | ROXIE BEANE

Roxie Beane plays an array of family and radio friendly acoustic covers, including pop, rock, alternative, and soul genres spanning multiple decades. Her neo-soul thump driven style, labeled as “Acoustic Funk Rock” will connect people of all ages. Learn more about Roxie Beane.

FEBRUARY 2 | NOAH JAMES-HITTNER

Noah James-Hittner is a singer-songwriter that blends acoustic, rock, urban, and electronic styles into a singular Acoustic-Tronic genre. His performance as a live-looper using various effects creates a wildly entertaining, full band sound great for all ages. Learn more about Noah James Hittner.

FUBRUARY 16 | THE UKULADIES

Composed of a group of 30 local performers, The Ukuladies’ musical selections are an eclectic mix ranging from old favorites, light classical, Broadway, to contemporary tunes. This family-friendly performance includes something for everyone.
